The LMC Model IR internal returning collection systems are the first affordable collectors to provide the high suction (SPWG) required by todays CNC machines. IR filters are powered by an 1800 rpm fan which provides for high vacuum with low operating sound levels and maintenance. The filter bags are manufactured from a unique material that provides high filtration but resists blinding unlike woven bags. Large shops can install several units in different areas of the work floor eliminating the need for expensive ducting systems. By installing the units in your work cells you only operate the collection required without wasting energy on unused equipment.
